PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items can not be returned unless found faulty due to the manufacturing process.
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from Shani's Embroidery Limited you can return them to us at our registered address below in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, or of goods returned within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods).
Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us at your cost. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Shani's Embroidery Limited cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.
In the case of goods thought to be faulty we will either repair, replace, re-proof, or credit at our discretion when a product is found to be imperfect.
Please note that we handle returns as soon as they arrive, but this process can take up to 15 working days during very busy periods.
